Not sure , why karthikeyan had to apologies for racing incident. Vettel might be running for world championship but that doesn't mean back markers are not slouch.

2009 Rule Changes

• Slick Tyres are back
• Introduction of KERS
• Engines to be used for 3 races and revs down to 18000 RPM(I hate this change)
• Aerodynamic change :weird lokingcar but better racing 
• Testing : Reduced testing , this will mostly impact the test drivers
